1. About Bellemalle

Bellemalle is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned luxury handbags, operated by Finkom AS, Norway. By using Bellemalle, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bellemalle. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• All items listed must be authentic. Listing counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, photographs, and pricing of their items.
• Sellers must ship items promptly after a sale is confirmed.
• A platform commission of 7% is deducted from each completed sale.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers agree to complete purchases they initiate.
• If you believe an item is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@bellemalle.com.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Finkom AS is not responsible for payment disputes caused by incorrect bank details provided by sellers.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Finkom AS handles refund and chargeback liability as the platform operator. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to make final decisions on all disputes.

7. Prohibited Items

• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Stolen property
• Items that violate any applicable law

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Finkom AS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Bellemalle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
